PACT’s Early Contractor Involvement process ensures we capture all relevant heritage considerations in a Heritage Construction Management Plan.

The comprehensive plan includes solutions for challenging sites, such as the Song School in Perth CBD or refurbishing the Junior Years Precinct inside the grounds of MLC. We plan carefully and operate with the utmost consideration for conserving the site’s original charm.
