Eden East, developed by Edge Visionary Living, located at Perry Lakes Reserve in Floreat, features 62 apartments as well as several two-storey residences over four storeys.

Eden East has been architecturally inspired by the parkside location and focuses on a waterside pavilion overlooking lush manicured gardens. An Urban Orchard provides a leafy outlook and an opportunity for healthy-minded residents to become part of a community through planning and cultivating food with their neighbours in their own extensive gardens.

The location is second to none and offers a unique chance for people to live amongst nature and yet be close to essential community services, recreational golf, bowls and tennis clubs, and boutique shopping in Claremont. All this while being only 3km to City Beach and 7km to the city.
